Shipping policy

We ship from San Francisco, California, within the contiguous US to all 48 states. Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Orders are shipped within 1-4 Business days.

 

We do our best to secure our products beautifully but transit can be brutal for certain items. If you have received a defective item, please take a photo within 24 hours of receiving it and email the details along with your order number to: hello@plantheology.com

 

Plants are sensitive, living creatures. They can experience transit shock during shipping. Cosmetic damage, yellowing leaves, and weather damage can also occur. Please. know your weather when placing your order and contact us if you need us to delay shipments. This, coupled with the current delays with USPS -  by placing your order, you are accepting the inherent risk of shipping your plant.
