Refund policy

 

 

Orders are shipped within 1-4 Business days.


We do our best to secure our products beautifully but transit can be brutal for certain items. We do not accept returns or exchanges on live plants. Please read our shipping policy on plants. All plants are very healthy and ready for their new homes. Any damage incurred will be due to shipping and weather.


If you have received a defective item, please take a photo within 24 hours of receiving it and email us details along with your order number: hello@plantheology.com and we'll try and help out.


Our packages are insured with USPS up to $100 in value. You can elect additional insurance package protection at checkout through the third-party provider, which we highly encourage.


If your plant arrived damaged due to transit, please immediately send us a photo and we can try and troubleshoot. However, by placing your order, you are accepting the inherent risk of shipping plants. 


Please note: Shipping fees are nonrefundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend mailing your return with tracking and insuring the package. Plantheology is not responsible if the returned package is lost or the item is damaged in the mail. Please do not ship any packages back to Plantheology without prior authorization.
